Had another meeting today at
Sun in My Belly, this time with Danielle who is getting married at the
Houston Mill House in May. She's a gorgeous Italian girl who will wear an ivory gown of chantilly lace over organza. She's also an accountant and pointed out early on that she has a preference for things to be symmetrical, neat and tidy! And instead of a Best Man, her groom will have a 'Best Woman' - his sister. (I have another wedding this year where there will be a 'Man of Honor'. Love it!)
She told me that she loves tulips so we discussed the idea of ivory tulips and roses for her bridal bouquet. I suggested the girls carry a pale pink bouquet of tulips and roses which will photograph nicely and look lovely against the deep burgundy of their gowns.
Better get to work...
